Miss Darling is a Grandmillennial’s dream: designed for lovers of needlepoint, heirloom china, and garden party glam. Every one of our 160 tiles features a hand-drawn design for a truly unique look, engraved and hand-painted on a soft white face that fades into a Wedgwood blue ombré.
- Bams are classic bamboo wrapped in climbing roses
- Cracks are red and pink ribbons and bows
- Dots are hanging blue-and-white plates
- Dragons blend a dragon-like face and scales with a horse-like body—our red dragon even wears a bow
- Soap is a hand-drawn Greek Key frame
- Winds feature cross-stitched monogram-style needlepoint
Each set includes 2 dice and a custom-designed Game Guide.
This is not your grandmother’s Mahjong set—though she’ll definitely want to play.

Hand-Crafted Process
Hand-Crafted Process
Our tiles are almost entirely hand-crafted - it's amazing to watch them come to life!
- The process begins with cutting each of the 3 acrylic colors by hand. For a full set of 160 tiles, with 3 colors of acrylic and 4 sides per tile, that’s 1,920 precise cuts per set (!!!) Afterward, the layers are meticulously glued together by hand, one at a time.
- Next, the tiles are polished to smooth the edges, faces, and backs.
- While a machine assists in etching the designs, the fine details are hand-painted.
Because of this hand-crafted process, you might notice subtle variations in your tiles; proof of the artistry that goes into every set. Your tile set is truly a unique work of art.
