WHO IS MISS MAHJONG?
To put it simply: she's a little mysterious, and she loves to play dress-up. Every time you pick up a Miss Mahjong tile set, you’re playing with Miss Mahjong herself—she’s just disguised as one of her many playful personas 😘. From the quirky Miss Cowgirl, to the stunning Miss Classic, she's there to make sure your tile set has as big of a personality as you do.
Miss Mahjong was created by a trio of Mahjong-obsessed friends and neighbors, with years of experience teaching, designing, and playing the game. We've honed our skills through countless sessions and have even hosted local tournaments and workshops to share our passion and expertise.
WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
When it comes to designing our Miss Mahjong tile sets and accessories, we meticulously consider every detail. From consulting with professional Mahjong teachers, to collaborating with talented graphic designers, and sourcing the most detail-oriented manufacturers, our products are a testament to our commitment to quality.
This means every product we offer has been rigorously tested so that you can have best playing experience. We don't take shortcuts. Between the Miss Mahjong trio and our focus groups, we play close to 100 games using various tile designs and rack prototypes from different manufacturers. After each game, we make note of even the subtlest changes, ensuring you won’t confuse suits, or mistake a 6 Bam for a 9 Bam (for example). Only after extensive testing do we approve the final product for production—and we know you’ll notice the difference in the end result.
WHAT WE DO FOR OURSELVES
Aside from our weekly coffee dates and impromptu front yard chats, we’ll drop everything when a 9 pm group chat comes through asking to play a game of Mahjong. Three hours, a few glasses of wine, and too many Charlestons to count later, we make the 20-yard trek back to our respective houses, happier than we'd been before.
Our journey with Miss Mahjong has been filled with laughter, learning, and a deep love for the game; we’re so excited to share each with you.
