Refund policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@missmahjong.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

FULL REFUND:

• Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Any items purchased between U.S. Thanksgiving and December 25th will have an extended return period for two weeks after the Christmas holiday.
• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.
• Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.
• Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or an error on our part.
• Please include the order number and reason for return
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

PARTIAL REFUND/RESTOCKING FEE:

• If shrink wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, 160 total tiles must be returned inside a sealed bag.
• If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
