Wholesale Policy

Eligibility to Order

Our wholesale program is currently open for brick-and-mortar retailers to apply. To qualify, you must:

  • Operate a physical retail storefront
  • Agree to our No Internet Sales Policy (more below!)
  • Be a good fit for the brand, we want both sides to be successful

We may ask for supporting documentation such as a resale certificate or business license.

Where You Can Sell

Approved stockists may sell Miss Mahjong products in your physical retail storefront(s) and you are welcome to promote on social media.

Where You Can’t Sell

To protect the integrity of our brand and our existing sales channels, you may not sell Miss Mahjong products online, this includes your own website, Instagram, Etsy, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace or groups, or any third-party e-commerce platforms.

Our products are exclusively sold online through our own store, and we do not allow our stockists to sell online.

Failure to follow this policy will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

Minimum Orders

  • Opening Order: $500 minimum
  • Reorders: $250 minimum

We currently have a maximum of 2 tile sets per line as we have limited stock but as we grow, so will these limits. 

Returns & Damages

We stand behind the quality of our products. If anything arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

Brand Representation

Our products must be sold under the Miss Mahjong brand name and displayed in a way that reflects the elevated, playful spirit of our designs. Please don’t repackage, rebrand, or rename our items, we spend months getting the details just right!

Legal Notes (Because We Have to)

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
  • Any disputes will be handled in Sedgwick County, KS (that’s where we’re based!).
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy or end your wholesale privileges at any time.
