HAND-FINISHED PROCESS
Our tiles are shaped and finished by hand - it's amazing to watch them come to life!
- The process begins with cutting the acrylic by hand.
- Next, the tiles are polished to smooth the edges, faces, and backs.
- Then a machine engraves each design and prints it directly into the engraving.
- Finally, a clear gloss coat is applied over the top to seal and protect the artwork.
Because every tile is cut and polished by hand, you might notice subtle variations in your set; proof of the craftsmanship that goes into every one. Your tile set is truly a unique work of art.
